
Kids Yoga & Mindfulness is a non competitive practice offered to children ages 3-12 years old.
Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Benefits: - Increase focus and coordination (too often children are told to focus) but they do not exactly know how until we show them. - Improve strength, flexibility and balance. - Enhance breath and body awareness. - Simmer hyperactivity and help shy children express themselves. - Learn mindfulness tools for the body and numerous and fun breathing practices. - This is taught as an adventure in a fun interactive way children move, breathe, gain confidence, leadership skills and step into moments of stillness and peace.
