Denis Roux is an ex-pro cyclist & coach who will take you on a backstage view of Grand Tours (Tour de France, La Vuelta), explaining what it takes to achieve a Pro level in cycling. He'll also describe the daily routine of a professional rider giving insightful coaching tips ranging from training, race tactic, nutrition & more.
Finally, he will advise on how to conquer mythical Tour de France climbs such as (Mont-Ventoux & Alpe D’Huez).
In his new role as the Chief Cycling Officer at BéloVélo, Denis will also explain how he can assist you to tick those cycling monuments from your bucket list.
