During the session you will learn how Hypnobirthing combined with Prenatal Yoga can boost your wellbeing during pregnancy and prepare your body and mind for birth and beyond.

The combination of Hypnobirthing and Yoga during pregnancy prepares you both physically and mentally for the process of birth and will equip you with the skill-set, focus and breathing techniques you need to experience birth in a positive and confident manner.
