Hi mommies! Join FITme Baby Classes. On 23 April the first class is free for everyone!

FITme Baby will take place every Monday at 9 am at Cheeky Monkeys JBR/Marina Free trial. A 30 minutes workout, includes free 30 Minutes play.

The class is lead by newmom, certified French trainer, life coach and trainee Psychologist Belly Harding. All you need is your baby, a mat and a small sheet for your baby. Fitme Baby is an effective 30 minutes full body workout fitness class for mommies by a mommy, where you can workout with your babies and use them as a cute dumbbell. It is also a lovely bonding time.
IMPORTANT: You need your doctor approval that will allowed you to exercise - Your babies must hold their head
NOTE: You can still attend the class if your baby is asleep, moody or in daycare...
