Desert Patch is a one stop shop for Décopatch kits & Workshops in Dubai.

Also known as Découpage, Décopatch is the art of decorating with paper. Its papers are vibrant in colour and produce a smooth texture and real paint effect which is easily applied to any kind of surface. The tissue papers are very thin but flexible and incredibly strong. They are deep-dyed and glazed so they won’t run, break apart or tear while you are working with them, and they don’t fade. We have beautiful papers in a whole spectrum of colours – greens and browns, animal prints, pretty pinks and purples, reds, yellows, orange and blue hues, black & white, floral and swirls and of course Christmas colours for Christmas decorations!

Decopatch Glue is water based, non-toxic, odourless and safe for the use of children. It has a built in varnish and is very quick drying, making it easy to work with. It makes the paper colours brighter, and once dry, creates a transparent, glossy, non-sticky and water resistant film.

The Decopatch bristle brush is a small brush, 9cm in size, offering perfect dexterity for little fingers. The brushes’ tough bristles help position the papers down without leaving bubbles but are also soft enough not to rip the paper. Effectively, painting with paper, the brush provides a wonderfully smooth finish and is excellent for fine motor skills.
