Kids sessions at at the City Centre Me'aisem: Try out something new every day at this Sports City mall

City Centre Me’aisem has launched a new concept in support of Dubai Fitness Challenge: every day the mall will host new activities for its visitors. The weekly round-up includes Sporty Saturdays, Scientific Sundays, Earthy Mondays, Dazzling Tuesdays, Women’s Wednesdays, Theatrical Thursdays and Fun Fridays.

Saturdays feature kids sessions where your little ones can try out new gym classes. While adults can work on their flexibility and wellness through yoga classes on Fridays, Saturdays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
