First Steps NM envisions developing a future generation of leaders who value global well-being and approach their life's challenges with integrity, resiliency and compassion. The focus is on laying solid foundations which can withstand the pressure of time and progress. The early childhood is a significant period of a child's life and is a time for fun, discovery, adventure, imagination and exploration. First Steps NM will provide a play based learning approach, focus on individual strengths and interests and encourage interaction for each child to develop a sense of Belonging, Being and Becoming.
