17th December 2017 Sunday: Neuron & Mind Map – Mind Mapping mirrors how the brain thinks by Juliana
This is why so many people enjoy Mind Mapping, because it is a natural way of gathering and developing information.
In a Mind Map, information is structured in a way that mirrors exactly how the brain functions – in a radiant rather than linear manner.
It ‘maps’ out an idea using associations and triggers that extract and connects the information in your head into something visible and structured.
Research shows that the brain likes to work on the basis of association and it will connect every idea, memory or piece of information to tens, hundreds and even thousands of other ideas and concepts.

18th December 2017 Monday: Art & Craft by Asmaa & Sama
UYIA: Open up the doors to your creativity through spontaneous art.
MTA: Experience mind-calming mindfulness through learning different thread crafts like crochet, knitting, and the art of friendship bracelets making.
Identify and Understand your Emotions
Your kids will actively be taught how to identify various emotions through play activities. These activities will help them understand the impact of their emotions on themselves and others. They will gain more confidence to channel their emotions in a positive manner.

19th December 2017 Tuesday: Holistic Girl by Jane Gammage
Holistic Girl is a coaching programme that empowers young girls and gives them the tools they need to navigate their way a time of transition. The programme deals with physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing covering such topics as risk taking, peer pressure, nutrition, sleep and exercise and looking at their relationships with those around them. This programme will be offered daily for 5 days with sessions of 2 hours per time

20th December 2017 Wednesday: Yoga & Sound by Renato & Ana

21th December 2017 Thursday: Mission Board by Jane Gammage
Its never too early to start setting goals and creating the life we want to live. Children can start dreaming about and planning their lives from a young age and have fun doing it through a vision board.
During the workshop children are coached to get clarity on the dreams, ambitions and goals; are allowed the space and time to create their ideal outcomes and given all the tools they need to create their own powerful vision boards.
