Find your inner peace

A meditation to re-align with the energies of the Universe and the Earth through the 5 senses. Gwenn Deroost will guide you to your sacred home within. There, you will experience unconditional self-love and re-energize yourself from your safe and utterly peaceful inner sanctuary.

You will be given essential tools to re-align with your soul whenever you find yourself out of sync.

This meditation is a chance to learn how to keep your mind, body & soul nurtured at all times while letting go of lower frequencies such as stress, anger and anxiety to cultivate and attract more peace into your life.

Dates: Every Monday (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th Nov, 4th & 11th Dec)
Time:

* Kids Meditation: 4 pm - 5 pm
*Teens Meditation: 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
