Just Be is offering a Spring Holiday Holistic Camp under the theme of Easter and joy of the Spring.
Just Be proposes morning activities to enhance kids creativity, to learn how to manage their day to day emotions and release stress. The activities are supervised by a certified music teacher Gwenn, french teacher, Specialist in physical balance emotion and connective breath.
Activities programm :
- Sunday : Yoga dance / I am Music / Vegan Cooking
- Monday : Yoga emotiom / Art and craft / Sound bath meditation
- Tuesday : Yoga dance / Mind mapping / Vegan cooking
- Wednesday : Yoga emotion / Art and Craft / Gong meditation
- Thursday : Yoga dance / Vegan cooking /Carnaval party with parents from 11:30 am to 12: 30 pm
All the cooking classes are prepare with no dairy products, eggs and gluten free. Activities start from 9 am to 12:30 pm. Arrival can be at 8:00 am. Minimum 3 kids / max 15 kid. Sibling discount 10% applicable to one child only within the same family.
