Birth Story Listening process has being conceived for the storyteller* to tell their story in a safe place, without judgement and with compassion. We will get together in sacred circle with other mothers to talk about your birth experience. Participants leave with sense of being deeply heard and making new sense of their birth experience.
- A maximum of 4 mothers plus the facilitator.
- Guided meditation.
- Birth story labyrinth process.
