FREE Prenatal Yoga Classes taught by 200 hour Yoga Alliance qualified teachers on the last day of their Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training and observed by experienced Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainer Jo Arganaraz
Classes are option to:
- pregnant women after 12 weeks
- any woman who wishes to see what a prenatal yoga class is like
- any woman interested in a future prenatal yoga teacher training
Choose from the following slots:
10:30-11:30am Prenatal exam class 1
11:45-12:45pm Prenatal exam class 2
1-2pm Prenatal exam class 3
2:15-3:15pm Prenatal exam class 4
3:30-4:30-pm Prenatal exam class 5
The classes are totally free but you must sign the Nilaya House registration form and waiver at reception.on Saturday 20th April
