A. Airfryer healthy cooking class:

In this session, you will learn how to use an airfryer and create delicious mouthwatering dishes. You may choose three out of the six options listed below*all recipes can be customised to vegan/vegetarian/non-vegetarian options.

  1. Herb crusted vegetables
  2. Kale chips
  3. Chicken Bites
  4. Jacket potatoes
  5. Fish Tikka
  6. Meat/vegetable puff

B. Homemade dressings with salad:

This session will allow you to explore that salads can be tasty and healthy at the same time they are not boring. Learn to make your own dressings so that you can avoid the store-bought sugar and preservative-laden dressings. You may choose four out of eights salads listed below *all recipes can be customised to vegan/vegetarian/non-vegetarian options.

  1. Asian sesame salad
  2. Three bean salad with corn
  3. Leafy feta and pomegranate salad
  4. Tabbouleh salad
  5. Fattoush salad
  6. Strawberry, quinoa and walnut salad
  7. Orzo pasta salad with bell peppers
  8. Grilled vegetable salad with rocket leaves

C. Healthy desserts Making Class:

You can fulfill your sweet cravings without feeling guilty later by indulging in healthy desserts. In this session, you will learn how to satisfy your sweet tooth. You may choose four out of the eight dishes listed below *all recipes can be customised to vegan/vegetarian/non-vegetarian options.

  1. Date balls
  2. Protein balls
  3. Tapioca pearls with coconut sugar
  4. Chia pudding
  5. Homemade granola
  6. Fruit yoghurt
  7. Healthy oat cookies.
  8. Healthy coconut bites
