Improvisation is a great skill to learn! These improvisation courses for kids and teenagers are fast-paced, exciting classes that aim to give participants a solid grounding in the different contemporary styles of improv’ that dominate the writing, acting and comedy world today.
During this 9 week course, we will focus on improv acting techniques for the camera and more specifically for an online performance. Fully embracing Zoom as a platform and using it as inspiration, we’ll focus on how technology influences improv through game playing, live directing and exploring performance skills and techniques that allow us to successfully play to the eye of the camera. Approaching this course in true improvised style with a Yes Let’s! attitude means we get to explore an exciting medium utilizing our improv skills in a whole new way!
