The Outlet Village is an upscale indoor retail destination developed by Meraas, offering a unique value shopping experience for the most iconic international fashion brands in a distinctive and stunning environment.

Conveniently located on Jebel Ali road, adjacent to Dubai Parks and Resorts (just off on Sheikh Zayed Road), The Outlet Village is a stone’s throw from the centres of both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and the ideal shopping destination for modern day fashionistas to pick up statement pieces at fabulous prices.

The Outlet Village’s iconic architectural design takes inspiration from the picturesque medieval Italian hill town of San Gimignano and UNESCO World Heritage site located in Tuscany. Its bespoke and authentic craftsmanship gives it a feeling of classic European heritage, set amidst the sand dunes of the Arabian desert. Spanning over actual 25,000 square feet with a projection to expand shortly by adding 3 million square feet of space bringing its total retail square footage to 4.5 million by 2018, making it the largest luxury outlet shopping destination in the UAE.
