Pre Season Training Get ahead of the rest!

 

Intensive 2 hour sessions

August 19th - 23rd

&

August 26th - 30th

Youth: 10am to 12pm Teens 6pm-8pm

Gems Dubai American Academy Indoor Track.

120dhs per session / 500dhs full week 

Day 1: Fitness, Running Technique, Timed 60m / 12 min cooper run.

Day 2: Fitness, Starts / Running gait and cadence.

Day 3: Plyometrics, acceleration / speed endurance.

Day 4: Advanced Plyometrics, Finishing strong / race tactics.

Day 5: Advanced Drills & stretching, Nutrition tips. Timed 60m / 12 min Cooper run.
