Yoga can play a key role to support you and your baby during pregnancy.

 

Carefully adapted classic yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation can promote physical comfort, happiness and self-confidence, empowering the mum-to-be to have a conscious birth experience.

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey that can be made even more enjoyable through tailored regular yoga practice under the guidance of an experienced teacher.

This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced students. It’s advisable to start practicing in the second trimester and continue until before birth.

When: every Wednesday
