Ocean Imagineer Hackathon Holiday Camps @ArtScience Museum

Learn the wonders of light and colour through a series of hands-on activities.

Explore and create your own sun goggles to see the world in a new light. Become an environmentally conscious inventor and build sea vessels of the future in our very own “fabrication lab” this school holiday!

Join ArtScientist-In-Residence Cesar Jung-Harada and be part of a growing community of art and science inventor-entrepreneurs as you uncover the power of your creativity to design vehicles and machines aimed at solving our climate crisis. From conceptualisation to fabrication, learn the process and hands-on skills to bring your imagination from mind to paper to working model. Participants will “graduate” having had the chance to transform everyday materials–with the addition of modular technology–into their very own versions of Cesar’s pioneering inventions.

Each 3-day hackathon holiday camp will draw from one of Cesar’s ongoing projects.
