Our Flight Academy Trampoline coaching program is designed for all skill levels.

Whether you’re beginner learning techniques and trying to land your first front sault, or an advanced jumper trying to master those doubles, twists and layouts, Flight Academy coaching is for you!

Learn to fly!

Just like gymnastics, diving, and tennis, trampolining is an individual sport. Therefore, participants will receive dedicated coaching time with the coach, as well as independent time on other trampolines and equipment to continue to develop their skills. Having correct technique is extremely important for trampoline athletes.

The basis of all classes is developing the correct technique. Nailing these fundamentals will ensure participants fast track to more advanced skills safely.
More specifically, in each class, you can expect a warm-up, form & technique building, skills focus, workout, and routines.

Register your interest and we’ll send you an e-mail as soon as our class schedule is out!
Classes are 1 – 1.5 hours in duration and have a maximum of eight participants.
Our Flight Academy coaches are all trained in coaching beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.
We would love to cater for everyone, however for safety reasons all participants are required to meet a minimum height requirement of 110cm and aged 6+.
Due to the limited number of spaces available in each term, make sure you register well in advance.

Beginner Class: 1000 AED (Groups of 10 Students, 8 weeks Program. *1 Hour per week.)
Intermediate Class: 1500 AED (Groups of 5 Students, 8 weeks Program. *1.5 Hour per week.)
Advance Class: 3000 AED
One on One Class: 3250 AED (Exclusive 1-on-1 coaching, Hourly Sessions. 1 Hour per week for 8 weeks)
Parkour Class: 1000 AED (Groups of 6 Students, 8 weeks Program. 2 Hour per week.)
