Giggles English Nursery was founded in Abu Dhabi in 1993 and has been providing excellent individual loving care and quality education for toddlers and children within a stimulating, purposeful and professional environment.
We have two convenient locations in Abu Dhabi city centre in Mina and Airport Road.
Back in the 1993, a dedicated pediatrician and a long term Abu Dhabi resident envisioned a nursery school that would support excellence in education for young children in an affordable program for families in the local community. Giggles English Nursery began by providing nursery education in just three classrooms and a small team of devoted staff within The Club premises in Abu Dhabi and has been growing ever since. Giggles Nursery with now 7 classes in every branch was managed by Mrs. May Kfouri a Lebanese Education Specialist for 22 years but then relocated to Canada with her Family. Ms. Zeina Moughrabi, an Early Childhood Education Specialist with 14 years of experience in Early years and Educational Leadership in Lebanon and UAE, took over and is now the Head Principal of both Branches Mina and Airport road branch(who is managed by the principal Ms. Nadeen Al Zakout) and both working the best with the team and the support of ADEK on the International Early years Quality Standards to raise the level of Giggles Nursery and keep the image and excellent reputation that was always there.
Since the establishment of Giggles, thousands of happy Abu Dhabi children have passed through its loving classrooms but our driving force still remains the same after 22+ years - Quality Nursery Education.
We welcome children between the ages of 4 months up to 4 years and aim to be the first step on your child’s journey to an excellent education.
We have created a warm, inviting and well-equipped environment with a spacious and secure integrated indoor/outdoor setting where your child can happily play and learn. Children are engaged in many activities within the physically safe environment filled with child-friendly furniture and age appropriate learning materials.
At Giggles, the child participates in a well-balanced program, structured by our team of professional teachers and staff to include both group-centered and individual- centered learning experiences. During a typical day, your child will build on the lessons provided during teacher-directed group instruction and a range of individual child-directed activities including skill- development projects, our various learning centers, free play, and other fun daily activities.
Our EYFS curriculum focuses on Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Physical Development, Communication and Language, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World and Expressive Arts and Design. It nurtures and challenges the child to think critically and creatively as they learn to better understand and navigate the world around them. Each day, our teachers and staff integrate our curriculum into every aspect of our program so that you child has opportunities throughout the day learn and practice their evolving basic skills through self-mastery.
Our primary focus is the wellbeing of our children. Our goal is that every Giggles child should be happy, confident, challenged and able to reach their potential with us academically, physically, socially and emotionally.
We are open 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday. The core hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
