How to feed your kids a healthy diet
A fun, honest and practical talk about what a healthy diet looks like and how you can get your kids to eat it! Catherine Turner-Perrott started Dotty’s Kitchin after struggling with her own daughters extreme fussy eating. She is a personal trainer, nutritional advisor and passionate cook.
Catherine will start her talk at 1030. The play group area will also be open, bring your little or not so little ones for a coffee and chat.
Cost: 21aed per family to be paid directly to Dome staff at reception when completing sign in sheet.
