AKELC will be hosting weekly Fitness Challenges for parents and their children to participate in.
Next Thursday, we will have Yoga in the Dubai Park, opposite the Ismaili Centre. We have Ms. Sophia (and possibly one more surprise guest) lead the Yoga session for parents and their children. Bring in your yoga mats or towels to have some Yoga fun!!!
Those who do not wish to participate in Yoga may have a wonderful walk around the Park.
