Located adjacent to the royal enclave of Nad Al Sheba and accessible from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Al Barari has succeeded in its vision to create one of the most desirable, environmentally-conscious developments in the UAE.

Literally meaning “wilderness”, Al Barari was designed to be a true desert oasis. Sixty percents of the development are made up of green space that envelopes the palatial-villas. Beautiful themed gardens, with over 5.4 km of naturally landscaped lakes, freshwater streams, cascades and waterways, make Al Barari the lowest density development in the UAE and more akin to a botanical garden than a residential community.

Phase I has seen the handover of the majority of The Residences and The Reserve villas to residents, and completion of six themed gardens and the region’s largest privately-owned plant nursery Green Works, which covers 3.3 million sq ft and currently produces over 500 plant species. Phase II will see the creation of a resort hotel, school, medical and retail offerings and further residential development in addition to Seventh Heaven, Ashjar and The Nest currently being built.
