A FREE event for kids ages 6-10 to learn the playfully learn how to manage emotions and access their own inner strength.

Discover the magical world of the TREEXSTiRs and through the games and activities, kids will start to learn proven tools and techniques of how deal with emotions. Author, Rachelle Ruth, has created a fun program which includes games, coloring, activities, a presentation and a book reading; in collaboration with the Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children which focuses on the techniques presented in the ground-breaking TREEXSTiR series.

The first book, "The CANTSTiR, A TREEXSTiR Story," is a colorful and engaging storybook which playfully motivates children to learn how to deal with emotions and thoughts and access their own inner strength. Come to this free event and discover a new world, unlike any others before, and be amazed!
