Looking for a sleep plan for you little one in addition to phone support to make sure you are on track? Then join us for this interactive and practical workshop to create your PERSONALIZED SLEEP PLAN that is suitable for your baby and family.
In this workshop, Julie will also share:
- the scientific and behavioural must-knows for sleep,
- the secret to sleep coaching success,
- common sleep problems and solutions as well as
- possible drawbacks/challenges you might encounter and how to successfully deal with them.
You will also receive two follow-up calls with Julie.
