Join us for an informative workshop with our Certified Midwife, Catherine Rowney on Thursday October 31st, to learn all about feeding your baby before he/she arrives.
Whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding, she will provide you with the education, tools and instructions needed to make sure you have both techniques covered. For breastfeeding, this will include feeding cues, position and attachment, expressing and storage and for bottle feeding, it will cover types of milk and equipment, making up feeds, and sterilizing.
