Are you a 'parent-to-be' or a new parent? Would you like to learn about caring for your new-born in the first few weeks after birth?

Then join the Parentcraft Workshop, hosted by the Public Health Specialist Adeline Hardman to learn the skills and knowledge you need as a new parent.
The workshop utilises a ‘hands on’ approach and practical demonstrations that will equip you with the information and encouragement you need to navigate through this exciting and emotional period.

When: Wednesday, March 7th
Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Where: Babies and Beyond Mother and Child Center
Cost: AED 300 per couple
The topics covered in the workshop include:
- Getting to know your new-born
- Sleeping patterns
- How to care for your baby
- Sterilising equipment
- Pumping basics
- Breast milk storage and handling
- Sleep safety
- General safety
- When to seek medical advice
Nannies are also welcome to join.
