Sleep deprivation can affect not just your little one, but the functioning of the whole family.

Join us for an informative session with sleep consultant, Rim Obeid, to learn about the science behind sleep, your child’s sleep cycles, and how developmental milestones can have an impact on snooze times. From setting daily routines and creating a positive sleep environment to understanding the complexity of naps, there’s a lot to know about the most important aspect of your baby’s early life.
