Happy Breastfeeding [Workshop series]

Join this 3 hour Happy Breastfeeding Workshop which will equip you with all the knowledge you need to help you achieve a positive and happy breastfeeding experience.

 

We will explore the breastfeeding process and set you on the right course for success by providing you with information on what to expect, how breastfeeding works, breastfeeding positions, latching your baby onto your breast, how to prevent
and solve common discomforts (such as sore nipples or baby not taking your breast), how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk & much more.

The best time to attend is when you are in your third trimester. The workshop is designed to be interactive, open to discussions and answering questions from attendees.

We encourage you to bring along your husband at no extra cost!
