With the ever changing situation, it is essential to remain positive, connected and entertained with your little ones!
Dou La La classes will adapt according to the current environment we face and continue to support mums and babies with love and passion.
While baby massage classes are currently on hold- there are so many things we can do together! I am determined to ensure that nobody feels isolated at these times.
Therefore, I am excited to create and facilitate a New 5 week programme via Zoom, which will be a safe platform where you can (virtually) connect with other mums and babies, share your journey so far and have fun just like in the group classes that many have enjoyed over the years.
I am sure you will build long lasting relationships here, after coming together as a mum community during these challenging times.
The programme will support mums to enjoy 1:1 quality time with their baby and is designed to enhance, strengthen and build your relationship through bonding and secure attachment.
We will sing songs, discuss gentle techniques to alleviate colic, explore soothing touch, and other common topics such as sleep, crying, weaning, and play.
There will also be a Whatsapp support group for you to stay connected and in touch with each other.

Please get in touch directly if you would like to book on to the 5 week programme as spaces are limited.
The cost is 550 AED for the five weeks (usual group price is 800) since this is an online programme and I appreciate times are difficult and there is a heavy impact on families world wide.
