Dr. Saliha Afridi founded The LightHouse in 2011 to make a positive impact on mental health in the region. She is a generalist, with training and experience in a wide range of mental health issues. It is her life goal to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to give them the courage to address the challenges that they face and to support them on a path towards authentic happiness.
