Coming in hot to cool you down this summer is the legendary WATERBOMB Festival.

The musical carnival, which has been entertaining audiences across South Korea since 2015, will see the top K-pop, EDM and regional stars raise the roof at the Dubai Festival City on 7 and 8 June.

Powerful cannons and jets will spray water all around the venue, so be prepared to get soaked as you groove to the beats of international hitmakers. Currently, the line-up includes award-winning rapper CL – known for tracks like People Don't Go and Daddy – along with Hopeless Romantic singer Big Naughty and rap sensation PH-1. Dubai audiences can expect many more exciting additions to this list, so stay tuned for more details.

The only festival where megastars and essentially a giant water fight collide expect a main stage that spans over 60 meters in length, and uses more than 1,500 m2 of LED it’s the water FX system that really sets WATERBOMB apart from your typical ‘musical festival’.

With over 40 high-pressure water cannons exploding 30 meters into the sky you can expect a high-energy crowd all day long – ready and waiting to take part in the water battle at any given instruction from the megastar on stage; that’s if it’s your teams turn of course!

Add to that pyros, lasers, and everything in between and there’s some seriously (safe) mischief to be had by all.

Expect stars like DJ Snake, master of electronic anthems; Danny Neville, renowned DJ, and producer; Benny Benassi, pioneer of house music; Nicky Romero, EDM sensation; Jessi, known for her fierce and dynamic K-Pop performances; Chaelin, representing vibrant HIP-HOP; Triple S, blending unique EDM beats; and Simon Dominic, captivating with his distinctive style.
