We’re bringing fitness and the sandy shores together at this exciting Fitness Village.
With more than 250 fitness classes and a special DFC aqua class, the beach is the place to be. Enjoy beach sports tournaments including cricket, soccer and volleyball, as well as an iconic National Assault course, designed to challenge anyone with its 2km course of 12 obstacles.
The City Swim will also take place here on 27 October, giving swimmers of all ages the opportunity to challenge themselves with 200m, 500m, 1000m and 2500m swimming courses in the warm waters around the coast.
And if you’re looking for the ideal place to spend time with the family, this Fitness Village is it, with a range of kids’ activities like Disney Fitness Sessions, for endless fun in the sun.
