Our Ramadan venue is like no other in the UAE - Iftar is served in a functioning Greenhouse, where vegetables are grown just steps away from you! Expect an extensive Field to Plate vegetarian menu of same-day harvested organic produce, along with a locally sourced Bedouin style lamb dish slow-cooked in an earthen oven for over 5 hours.
A farm tour is included before Iftar - one hour journey through the fields and greenhouses where visitors will learn about organic farming and get a chance to harvest some vegetables!
