In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, Fairmont Dubai unveils Iftar offerings in its all-day dining restaurant Cascades, featuring a unique Year of Tolerance theme by taking guests on a culinary journey through five distinctive cuisines.
Guests can experience traditional Arabic cuisines (derived from Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates), prepared in time-honored traditions and complemented by authentic Arabian hospitality, along with international favorites.
Led by the Executive Chef Renald Epie and his team, guests will be treated to an unforgettable taste of Ramadan with a daily rotating selection of 26 freshly prepared salads, hot and cold mezze, 17 different international and Middle Eastern main courses including the oriental ouzi, mixed grill, shawarma, lamb tajine, saj and a genuine crowd pleaser - Umm Ali.
Timings: Daily during the Holy month of Ramadan, from sunset until 9:30pm.
Price: AED 184 per person, including Ramadan juices. AED 92 for children between 6-12 years, and free for kids under 6 years.
Shisha: From AED 94, available after Iftar at the poolside lounge Dokuz on the 9th floor.
