About Flip Out

Flip Out Dubai – the largest trampoline park in the Middle East. There are obstacles, mini-foam pits, volleyball, dodge ball, football, double-decker trampoline areas, and the Middle East’s first ever archery tag facility. Take a breath because there’s more – About Flip Out is prepared to take your flipping to the next level with our instructors, who span a range of backgrounds including gymnastics and parkour.

Flip Out Dubai has more than 200 interconnecting trampolines. Normally, it'd leave it at that, however, just like how the joy of jumping really high can't be described appropriately with words, the level of fun available at Flip Out Dubai needs to be experienced for it to be believed.

Main Arena

Signature Main Trampoline Arena: the individual mats are larger than you’ll find at any other park and they're designed specifically to allow you to complete airborne tricks easily.
The Main Arena is entirely designed to allow adults and kids alike to execute tricks and express themselves in the safest possible fashion, while making it easy and accessible (again due to the bigger size it’s easier to do tricks and flips).
