Executive Chef Christian Buenrostro’s seasonal “stocking stuffer” has your name written all over it through a sweet and savoury selection of homemade treats. His standout favourites are the beetroot cured salmon with sundried tomato bread, truffle egg mayo in brioche finger, citrus mini log with notes of yuzu and candied mango, and pistachio and lemon cake with candied fruits.
