About Greenfield Community School (GCS)
Greenfield Community School (GCS), founded in 2007, is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World Continuum school. A Taaleem school, it is one of only a handful of schools in the world authorised to offer all four IB programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and as one of the first schools in the United Arab Emirates, the IB’s Career-related Programme (IBCP).

School's Curriculum
Greenfield Community School provides a high quality, creative and challenging international education for students in KG 1 to Grade 12, based on the International Baccalaureate Philosophy. It fosters within each student, staff member and community member an enduring passion for learning and empowering each individual to become a caring global citizen. School's curriculum promotes a sense of global mindedness with language forming an important and integral part of the GCS world. In fact there is an opportunity to learn Arabic, French or German from Kindergarten onwards.

The IB Career-related Programme (IBCP)
The IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) is an innovative education framework for students aged 16 to 19 incorporating the vision and educational principles of the IB into a unique programme specifically tailored for students who wish to engage in career-related learning. Greenfield Community School is currently one of only 5 schools in the UAE and 88 across the world offering this exciting new academic programme linked with a career related focus.
