Escape the heat and join our Summer Swimming Lessons
This summer, we are offering swimming classes for children aged 6 years and up. All independent swimmers are welcome to join our fun and exciting lessons where they can enjoy learning new swimming skills.
We are offering classes from Saturday to Thursday for the whole summer duration and you can book as many classes as you like. Weekly packages are also available.
Summer Swimming 2020 at High Performance Swimming Club.
We will be offering swimming classes for the following levels at Hamdan Sports Complex this summer:
- Stroke Improvement - Independent swimmers who know the basics of all strokes and want to improve their swimming skill.
- Stroke Correction - Know how to swim all four strokes and would like to work on their technique.
- Pre and Mini Squad - Can swim all four strokes properly as well as do all starts and turns, this lesson will fine tune the swimmer's techniques.
- Swim Squad - Competitive swimmers who are working on their strength, endurance and speed.
All swimming classes are currently 1 hour as laid out in our COVID-19 Guidelines. Please read the guidelines and sign the waiver form before starting the swimming classes.

Fee For Summer Swimming:
- 1 Session - 105 AED
- 5 Sessions - 472.50 AED
- 10 Sessions - 892.50 AED
- 15 Sessions - 1260 AED
- 20 Sessions - 1575 AED
Private classes are available for children and adults who would like one-on-one training with our experienced coaches.
We can offer Semi-Private lessons of up to 4 swimmers, from the same family.

- 5 Sessions - 787.50 AED
