Free Parent Workshop - Helping Children Sleep on Their Own

Julie Mallon, Parental Educator and Sleep Consultant, joins us for our first interactive workshop of the year. With over 30 years of experience, Julie will guide parents with tips to build the habit in children of sleeping on their own.
Join us at Hummingbird Nursery DIFC to learn more about building a gradual programme for your toddlers to feel comfortable falling asleep by themselves.
