New workshop— In the sensory-stimulating children's tour and workshop, 'The Marks of Sound', children explore the act of listening through a guided tour of the sonic environments offered by artist Samson Young in ‘Reasonable Music’ and Hassan Khan’s ‘A Composition for a Public Park’, currently on view at Jameel Arts Centre.
The workshop is structured to introduce hands-on, process-based methods, teaching children deep listening while responding to how we hear. Children will create artworks focussed on mark-making, gestures and textures.
Free and open to all; children must be accompanied by adults.
