About Farnaz:
I've always had a passion for health & nutrition. After a series of visits to Gastrologists, Gynecologist & Orthopedic doctors for my concerns, I came to know there is one thing doctors have in common, which is they all seem to only address the sypmtoms not the cause. This made me start thinking could this be from my lifestyle?
So, I began to search for the underlying cause of my symptoms. Since then I visited doctor less & it all made perfect sense about the purpose of doctors & nutrionist.
I am certified health coach from the Integrative Nutrition of New York.
I would like to share my passion with the world & inspire people to get healthy & reach their goals of weight loss, more energy or what ever their goal maybe by small, sustainable changes.
