For the working moms out there, here's a weekend hike for you.
Moms get to not only be physically active in a safe friendly environment, but also discuss an essential topic on raising grateful children. Join us and we promise to get you energized physically and mentally. Don't miss out and bring your friend along. The hike is for beginners, nothing technical, trail will go up and down some hills where we will go slowly to ensure everyone is at ease. The hike duration will be between 3.5 and 4 hours, including the session. The session will be during the break.
It will be sunny so make sure you have at least 2 Liters of water, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses.
Please wear light sports or hiking clothes, sports shoes: no jeans, no open toes.
Snacks will be provided.
