A 2-week sessions program for group of children ages 6 – 10 with identified sensory integration difficulties, motor planning difficulties or dyspraxia.
Run by certified sensory integration occupational therapist, sensoryWORKS aims to:
- Encourage your child’s self-awareness of his/her sensory needs
- Provide strategies to aid in self-regulation
- Target either sensory seeking behaviors or sensory sensitivities by fun gradual exposure to these sensations
- Provide the child with opportunities to improve body awareness and planning and grading of movement
