Developed by kidsFIRST, writeSTART uses the latest techniques to develop handwriting in children who are struggling.
The focus is on development of fine and gross motor skills, as well as sensory integration. Books from Handwriting Without Tears® are implemented for the best foundation skills.
3 day program: Monday through Wednesday, 2:30-4pm
- 90 minute sessions with trained and licensed therapists
- Helpful hints to carry over to home and school environments
- Gross motor and sensory motor activities
- Fine motor and handwriting activities
- Home practice activities
- Classes divided into groups upon enrolment
