FREE Prenatal Yoga Classes taught by 200 hour Yoga Alliance qualified teachers on the last day of their Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.
Classes are option to:
- pregnant women after 12 weeks
- any woman who wishes to see what a prenatal yoga class in like
- any woman interested in a future prenatal yoga teacher training
Choose from the following slots:
- 8-9am Prenatal exam class 1
- 915-1015am Prenatal exam class 2
- 1030-1130am Prenatal exam class 3
- 11-45-1245 Prenatal exam class 4
The classes are totally free but you must sign the Studio's registration form and waiver at reception.
