Family Yoga & Essential Oils Workshop

This workshop is suitable for families looking to connect build trust, calm the mind, cultivate mobility, focus and peace.

Open to families with children ages 3-12 years old. The workshop is for parent and child or the whole family. Essential oils will be incorporated in the workshop for grounding, calm, focus, and immunity!
Parents will be guided through the use of essential oils for their children!
