This 3-hour workshop is for pregnant couples who would like to learn about what life with baby will be like--and find out how to make it as calm and enjoyable in the early days and weeks as possible.
Learn how to parent a newborn with techniques that ease baby into the world, reduce the amount of crying, understand your baby's communication, maximize the amount of sleep you get, and increase your confidence as a new parent.
You will also learn some strategies for "baby proofing your marriage" to keep your relationship calm and happy as well!
Parents of newborns also welcome if you are finding life with baby a bit less-then-calm!
