Our process has been conceived for the storyteller* to tell their story in a safe place, without judgment and with compassion. The Birth Story Listening process has been conceived for the storyteller to tell their story in a safe place, without judgement, and with compassion.
We will get together in a Circle with other mothers, who have been through similar challenging experiences to talk about your birth experience and make new sense of what happened.
- No partners or fathers will be attending the sessions.
- Guided meditation.
- Birth story labyrinth process.
- This workshop lasts around 2 hours.
- Participants leave with a sense of being deeply heard and making new sense of their birth experience.
*Very limited space. Only 4 mothers to make sure you will be given time to integrate your experience, be heard and hear other. All this brings profound healing and understanding.
