Join for Love Parenting UAE's monthly Bumps & Babes Coffee Morning on Wednesday September 26th 10:30am to 12:30pm
Coffee mornings provide pregnant mamas and new mums with a regular, positive and supportive space to meet other mums and to answer any questions you have on pregnancy, birth, babies and beyond.
The Love Parenting UAE Team will be there and can answer questions on a range of topics including:
- Hypnobirthing
- BreastFeeding
- Baby Massage
- New Borns
- Baby Wearing
- Baby Led Weaning
- Baby signing and play therapy
Plus this months very special guest is Jade Lucus Read from UpandRunning, Integrated Sports Medical Center otherwise known as the The Yoni Physio
Jade graduated in Physiotherapy in 2008 in London and has worked for several popular central London clinics. She has worked alongside professional dancers, athletes, and acrobats. Jade integrates a hands-on approach, Pilates-based rehabilitation, Functional Rehabilitation, Dry Needling and Health coaching in order to help people heal. Jade has undergone extensive study in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and will be with us for the morning to share her knowledge and answer your questions.
Sarah Lander of Luxe Carriers will also be there to advise on slings and Sofi Chabowski of eggs & soldiers will be there to advise on cloth nappy systems and other products.
